Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated on the product page. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Availability All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

4. Orders & Payments

Placing an Order By placing an order on our Platform, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. Your order is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us via email.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are 8-10 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees; delays may occur due to logistics partner issues, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
